Age Requirement
All bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or above. Bookings for individuals under 18 will not be accepted.
Prohibited Items
Consumption of tobacco or alcohol is strictly prohibited. Guests found violating this rule will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Guest Policy
We allow only couples, women-only groups, and mixed groups (men & women). Other group configurations may not be permitted.
ID Verification
All guests must carry and present valid government-approved ID proof at the time of check-in.
Booking Duration
Guests must strictly adhere to their booked time slot. No extra time will be provided under any circumstances.
Booking Modifications
Any changes to bookings must be informed at least 3 days in advance.
Decoration Policy
Outside decorations such as party poppers, fireworks, confetti, or flyers are not allowed.
Parking & Personal Belongings
Parking is not available on-site. Guests are responsible for their own parking arrangements and personal belongings.
Code of Conduct
Public display of affection (PDA) and any inappropriate or sexual behavior is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed immediately.
Booking Cancellation by Management
Happy Deco Events reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
